GYM CLASSES @ MOCO

MOCO is more than just your ordinary gym or group training facility.

 

We offer a range of strength, conditioning and cardio classes in our fully-equipped studio. Each class is designed by one of our experienced coaches. No two classes will ever be exactly the same, so you’ll be challenged in different ways every time you walk through our doors! Our classes are also scheduled with alternating focuses throughout the week so that you can train back-to-back without fear of excessive training.

We’ve created our classes with our community in mind, based on years of member feedback combined with our own experience. Our classes strike a balance between low and high intensity, cardio and strength, and we welcome all levels of fitness. Classes are capped at 24 people, to keep our sessions intimate and to ensure our focus is on you. 

We’ve also designed our timetable to work with our members’ schedules. Early riser? Our first class starts at 5:10am. Prefer to blow off some steam after work? We’ve got 3 different options after 5pm. Like to train in your lunch break? Join our 12pm classes. Oh, and our classes run 7 days a week, so you can train every day if you like.

  • Amplify

    WORKOUT TYPE: Full-Body Resistance

    INTENSITY: Low-Medium

    WORKOUT FOCUS: Muscular Endurance

    A full-body resistance workout where you build your strength in GENERATE you build your endurance in AMPLIFY. AMPLIFY’S goal is to get you stronger for longer! Each session encompasses a variety of resistance and strengthening movements with high volume repetitions that will get your muscles burning.

  • Fusion

    WORKOUT TYPE: Hybrid: Full-body cardio + resistance

    INTENSITY: High

    WORKOUT FOCUS: Calorie burn + endurance

    The best of both worlds - a perfect blend of cardio and resistance. Designed to get your muscles burning, heart pumping and body moving. All energy systems are taxed through all ranges of exercises in FUSION (weights, cardio and bodyweight) so expect to burn some serious calories while improving your stamina at the same time.

  • Generate

    WORKOUT TYPE: Targeted resistance

    INTENSITY: Low-Medium

    WORKOUT FOCUS: Power + strength

    Develop and GENERATE power and strength through resistance exercises and lifts. Each session is focused on an upper or lower body split to ensure enough stimulus is provided to promote muscle growth and strength gains. Each week there is an ongoing progression phase to ensure you’re always pushed to your limits.

  • Momentum

    WORKOUT TYPE: Hybrid: Full- Body Cardio + Resistance

    INTENSITY: High

    WORKOUT FOCUS: Endurance. Power. Stamina. Mental Grit.

    Our 1 hour super workout - a surprise bag of EMOMs, AMRAPs, AFAPs, You-Go-I-Go… the list goes on. While your session is longer, it doesn’t mean you’ll have longer rest. Mental barriers will be pushed, challenges will be conquered and camaraderie will be forged. Be ready to be hit with high intensity resistance and cardio - but don’t worry, you’ll have the best training partners along the way!

  • Regenerate

    WORKOUT TYPE: Resistance

    INTENSITY: Low

    WORKOUT FOCUS: Movement. Mobility. Recovery.

    They say balance is the key to success. REGENERATE offers a full body workout focusing on movement - tempo is dropped, impact is removed and control is key. A great way to wind down the week, unload the joints and prime your body for the next week of goal smashing!

  • Thrive

    WORKOUT TYPE: Full-body cardio

    INTENSITY: High

    WORKOUT FOCUS: Calorie burn + high heart rate intervals

    The name of the game is to THRIVE! High intensity intermittent training, dial in and give it your all in short bursts of maximum effort. Expect maximum calorie burn, heart beating out of your chest and sweaty sighs of relief when it’s all over. A coupling of cardio machines, bodyweight movements and low impact-high energy expenditure exercises to deliver a total conditioning workout.

  • FOCUS

    WORKOUT TYPE: Full-Body Resistance

    INTENSITY: Low-Medium

    WORKOUT FOCUS: Correct Technique. Form Improvement.

    FOCUS is a workout where you will refine your movements, load the weight and push yourself outside of the comfort zone. Attention to detail is everything, half your workout will be limited to 1 to 2 movements - where you will dial in, learn and perform the ins and the outs of the exercise. The other half will be accessory movements to help you perform the exercise with more control and intensity.
