MOCO Community Guidelines

  • Join our Facebook Members only group (it’s the best way to keep up-to-date), search Team MOCO Performance

  • Book in your classes a week in advance! Our 6am weekday and all weekend classes are very popular and fill up fast. You can book via the Mindbody App.

  • We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your class start-time to get yourself settled (and fill water bottle, get changed etc)

  • Cancellation window is 3 hours before class-time. Late-cancels / no-shows may result in a $10 penalty fee (the good news is – it goes to charity!)

  • If you make it on the waitlist, act as though you've made it in! Especially on the weekend as there's always a big shuffle around - you could go to sleep being number 5 on the waitlist and wake-up being in! So be sure to plan accordingly (or opt out).

  • All of our sessions are 45-50 minutes (which includes warm-up and cooldown) with the exception being Saturday (1 hour class).

  • Every workout requires a towel (fitness towel - not just a face one) and a drink bottle (cause staying hydrated is important!)

  • Be sure never to park in the complex (it’s private property) - there’s plenty of parking along Lloyd and Radcliffe Street. To gain access the code for the pedestrian door is ‘4545’

  • None of the trainers or members bite! So be sure to say ‘Hi’ to your fellow members!

  • Let your nearest and dearest know that you’ve joined! You’ll be amazed at how much extra support can really amp up the motivation

  • Our workouts alternate focus to ensure you get a new dynamic workout everyday without the risk of overtraining. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday are resistance focused (lean muscle and strength development) whereas Tuesday and Thursday are cardio focused (plyometric movements and increase in anaerobic fitness). On Saturdays we run our super-workout, where we mash the two together to create one 1-hour hybrid workout.

  • Last but not least - enjoy yourself! We believe that the only way you can accomplish your goals is by having fun and enjoying the process.
