  • We have a range of membership options - one of which is a casual pass! You can purchase a single class pass for $25 or a multi pack of 20 for $400.

  • Of course! In fact it's encouraged - we're big believers in 'experience first-hand'. Our 14-day for $14 trial is available all year around, so don't be shy in taking it up.

  • We cap our classes at 24 people. This ensures our coaches have enough bandwidth to give each and every one of our members TLC.

  • We currently program all our workouts to minimize equipment sharing, greatly limiting cross contaminating. Between equipment changes, all equipment is disinfected and wiped down.

We also maintain a Covid Safe policy, where we reserve the right to omit anyone from entering our studio if they're showing signs and symptoms of illness.

  • We're located just off Dynon Road in West Melbourne - literally 5 minutes from the CBD - at Warehouse 11, 7 Lloyd Street, West Melbourne. We're in a big black gated complex and we'll text you the access code for the pedestrian gates located on Lloyd and Radcliffe Streets once you've registered.

  • Yup! We believing in making it easy to accomodate life (no doctor’s certificate or booking confirmation needed). So whether you’re sick or just need a break, you can suspend your account as many times as you like throughout the year completely free of charge on all of our debited memberships.

IS MOCO FOR ME?

  • Yes! We pride ourselves on being able to cater to all fitness levels - so whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, our coaches will be with you every step of the way!

  • We're more than happy to regress and alternate exercises and workouts to cater to your injury - we're against "working through the pain".

  • Exercise post birth is one of the most effective tools of recovery! A sign off from your doctor is always essential.

  • Each of our workouts have been designed with a focus to promote growth and development while minimising overtraining and excessive straining. If you give us a ring or shoot us an email, we'll be more than happy to chat to you regarding your injury and build you a plan of attack regarding workout selection.

THE OSTEO JOINT @ MOCO

Got a different question for our osteo team? Contact us here.

  • Please bring any MRI, Ultrasound, X-ray scans and reports that are relevant to your presenting complaint with you to your initial appointment.

  • Osteopathic treatment is hands-on, so you may be required to remove certain items of clothing depending on the location of your presenting issue, if you are comfortable to do so. We recommend wearing loose and comfortable clothing that is easy for you to move around in. Towels will be used during treatment to ensure you feel comfortable at all times during your session.

  • Initial Osteopathic consultations are 45 minutes long and include a full medical history, assessment, diagnosis and treatment.

Return consultations and treatments are 30 minutes long. We also offer extended 45 minute return consultation and treatments.

  • Initial Osteopathic consultations cost $100 and return consultations are $85.

We also offer extended 45 minute return consultation and treatments which cost $95.

  • If you have extras cover including osteopathy and you have your private health insurance card you will be able to claim a portion of the treatment cost. This amount varies from fund to fund. At MOCO Osteo we use medipass solutions so if you have private health insurance you can claim on the spot and will only have to pay the gap.

  • No, you don’t need a referral. Osteopaths are primary health care practitioners and you can, therefore, make an appointment over the phone, in person, via our social media platform or on this website.

  • Australian Osteopaths have completed a 5 year University Degree (most commonly a Bachelor of Health and Applied Science (osteopath)). You can find out more about each of our osteopath’s qualifications here.

All Osteopaths must be registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Association (AHPRA) and undertake continued professional development on a regular basis under Osteopathy Australia guidelines.

  • This is a very common question and it can often be confusing when deciding who you should see. While they may all seem very similar, Osteopaths, Chiropractors and Physiotherapists are set apart by their different principles, treatment methods and individual beliefs.

While it is not our place to describe the philosophies of others modalities, some of the defining features of Osteopathic treatment include treatment techniques that address both the muscles and joints of the body, a holistic approach that encompasses all aspects of a patient’s health, treatment that is ‘hands on’ without the use of machines, treatments longer in duration so you will never feel rushed and a strong focus on addressing the underlying cause of your issue to providing not only symptomatic relief but long lasting outcomes.

Here at MOCO we pride ourselves at treating patients as Individuals and strive to find a solution that will help work best in their life. With the use of exercise, mindfulness, wellness and diet modification we aim to treat you, not just your injury.
